Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
- Returned in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, personalized items, and items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support team at info@studdssells.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
- Please securely pack the item(s) and ship them to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping Cost
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective product, a damaged item, or an item different from what you ordered, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. We will process a full refund (including any taxes) upon receipt and inspection.
- Change of Mind / Non-defective Returns: For returns not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- The refund amount will include the purchase price and applicable taxes for the returned item(s).
- If the item is returned due to a change of mind, the original shipping cost (if any) is not refunded. As we offer free standard shipping, no shipping deduction will be applied.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not supported at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order on our website.
